In the Article Manager, click the New button in the upper right.  You will then be taken to the Page Editor with some required fields, the content window with a built-in editor, and a parameters area to the right.

1. Fill in the Title box with your new page title.  NOTE: This is what will be displayed to visitors
2. Select a Section
3. Type your content into the page editor
4. Click Save

Title Alias
This field is rarely used as anything more than a subtitle.  It is good to use as a parent section label or to describe a position in the site that the item is used.  It is not required to save a page.

Page Parameters / Settings
This area is rarely used.  Most settings have been preconfigured to your needs on a universal basis.  Changes made to these areas may override site-wide settings.  These parameters are not required to save an item.
