If your email stops working you can troubleshoot by following the steps below:
- Check internet connection - Visit a reliable site to ensure that you are still connected to the internet. (Perform a google search)
- Check website status - Your website and email are usually connected. Check to see if your website is available. If not, contact us to further troubleshoot the problem.
- Test via Webmail - Try out your email account using the webmail system. If the webmail isn't working contact us to further troubleshoot the problem.
- Verfiy your Settings - Visit the Outlook Setup section to verify your email client software configuration. If you still have problems contact us and we'd be happy to help.
